We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hey there,

    We’ve made several customizations via the .po and .mo files and unfortunately those customizations were wiped out with the latest update. Is there a way to make those changes similar to how a child theme operates or are we destined to have to make those customizations again each time a new update comes? Thanks in advance.

    If you follow the instructions as outlined here, the files will not be overwritten by plugin updates.
