Customize CSS for a featured listing

Greetings,

Is there a way to add a custom CSS class to the featured listings on the listing pages? The reason for this is because I’d like to show that a listing is featured and different from the regular ones. When I look at the front-end output, there doesn’t seem to be any specific tag that I can format.

If you look here: http://www.physicaltherapist.com/find-physical-therapy-clinic/ you will see I have featured listings.

I see there is span tag for featured, but I’d like to change the formatting of the entire

<li>

tag to show the seperation.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
