    Dear GD support team,

Is there a way to further customize the email templates under GD Settings > Emails > Admin/User emails, by adding other template tags (in the form of “[#TAG_NAME#]”)?

I need to be able to provide a better experience to both my clients (directory admins) and their end users (users of the directory), by having specific mentions of the CPTs in the email template contents (for example having at least a [#CPT_Single_Name#] tag or something similar).
Unfortunately the actual texts are all generic (e.g. “Your listing “Listing name” has been published”), and the use of a generic term like “Listing” causes some confusion both for the admins and end users (it is not always easy to find a generic term that applies to all “listings”, if you have different CPTs for different kinds of items). This is why I need to be able to provide more specific texts (e.g. “Your ADDRESS “Address name” has been published”, “Your ANNOUNCEMENT “Announcement name” has been published”, “Your OFFER “Offer name” has been published”, etc.).

In the future it would also be nice to be able to have different templates, for exmaple adding them in the CPT settings and if nothing is provided the default version (under GD Settings > Emails > Admin/User emails) would be used.
As an alternative, also some sort of conditionals in the generic templates would be appreciated (e.g. if CPT_ID=1, display text 1; if CPT_ID=2, display text 2; and so on).

Thank you in advance for your help and have a nice day,
    Aron

A novel idea, thanks for sharing. I have made a note of it for the developers to consider.

At this time there aren’t any options for these items so they would require a customization.
