I would like to customize the navigation menu of my site. Instead of having all of my custom post types under the “Add Listing” link, I would like users to click “add Listing” and then choose which custom post type they want. You can create a normal WP page which lists all the CTPs, and these then are linked to the relevant Add Listing page.

Do you really need 30 CPTs? I wonder why you have that many?
Maybe it is not to late to restructure?
