Dashboard no accessible for users with author role when GD core is activated

    Hi,

    I just have discovered that an Author (or all not admin roles) can’t access to the dashboard when Geodirectory Core plugin is activated

    The user is redirected to the home page.

    I have tried to deactivated ALL my plugins in the site and the problem happens even if only Geodirectory core is activated in the site (and won’t happen if all the others except GD are activated)

    Hope you will have an idea for fixing that …

    Check your settings at GD > General: allow users to see admin area

    Oh yes of course !! thanks Guust

    I have another question related to that :

    I’m using the plugin Members to set up the capabilities of each roles but nothing is related to Geodirectory custom post types in the capabilities

    I have to choose between giving access at all the post types or nothing

    Is there a way to allow 1 role to access at the Geodirectory post types and another one only the other post types ?
