Date Format for events

    Hi there, when adding events on either the admin side or the public front-end, the dates are listed as YYYY-MM-DD. I would like to change this to the format we use in the US MM-DD-YYYY. I have this setting in my general WP settings and I don’t see it anywhere in GeoDirectory settings so how can this be changed?
