Default a multi select checkbox to checked?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I’ve got a large list created as a “Multi Select” and displayed as checkboxes. Is there a way to make some/all of those boxes checked by default?

    You can add values in the Database default option, in the advanced settings.

    So, my checkboxes are made of fields like this:

    Toilet Paper,Paper Towels,Hand Sanitizer,Eggs

    What would I put in the default values to see those checkboxes checked?

    They should be placed in the default value field.
