Default city in each Region

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When I select some region in main menu the default city always appears in location. Even the city is not in selected region.

    Second problem is that if I select some region and after want to change city to every where than the location also switch the everywhere on region.

    If you need I can show it live during some seesion.
