    Is it possible to remove these from the database to remove them from the back end without effecting any of the plugins functionality?

    Obviously I wouldn’t want to remove the address or fields that are needed but things that arn’t.

    Just set the ones you do not want to inactive.
    Look for “Is active” and set to NO.

    I want to remove them completely if I am not using them why do I want them clogging up my back end?

    You mean on the add/edit post on backend? If so why not just hide with CSS?

    This is WordPress, unwanted fields in the database are the least of your worries! Just pretend they’re not there 🙂
