Default image for Pages with Supreme Directory

I can set the the Default image for the Directory under GD>Design>Listings>Upload listing no image.

I would like to know how to override the default (featured) image for pages with this theme. It is a picture of a map.

I ended up uploading a new featured.jpg to /wordpress/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/images

is it possible to omit the featured image on certain pages?

for example, i would like my landing page to have slider rather than a static image, can i do this with supreme directory theme (which I really like)
