    Hello,

Is anyone else having issues with the default image for listings disappearing? I’m editing new listings and saving them, but upon going to the home page, the image is disappearing. Screen shot attached. I’ve tried to go back in the listing and the default image has a red “X” on it now. Ideas?

I’m also having issues with the default margins on the posts sticking to what I have set them to be but that might be an issue I have to take up with Beaver Builder.

Let me know when you can.

    Thanks.

    Hi Vegeta,

I’ve just inspected your screenshot and it’s not really clear whats wrong. Could you please share WP admin access in private reply and also the page in question so that we could check further?

    Thanks!

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for your reply. Just tested the login credentials and it seems invalid. Could you double check? Meanwhile, could you try deactivating non-gd plugins one by one and see if it helps? Also, check your cache plugins or server cache.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

the pages at GD > Permalinks were unset, and have now been set.

After that, the add listing page now shows.

However, there are still some issues on the page. I will flag this for the developers to take a look.

Can you share FTP information, please?

Thanks for your patience while we look into the issue.

    Thanks Alex,

It seems to be related to the business hours plugin, it is throwing a PHP fatal error.
Please contact the developer direct for support or you can try disabling the plugin to confirm that the problem.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Thank you Alex and Stiofan. I disabled the Business Hours plugin and it started auto-populating the address as I typed it and found it on the map. I’ll contact the developer of the plugin for more answers. Have a good weekend!
