Default Location won't work

Ive followed the basic installation guide. Created and API as in the tutorial, but when i go to set the Default Location the map area just displays a grey button saying NO RECORD.
Please help as appear to have fallen at the starting gate.

Hi Carl,

Looks like the Google MAP API key might be invalid and could you please try recreating it again? Also, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Hi
I tried the plugin on another site and it worked fine with the API, I have tried to delete the plugin in order to try a reinstall, but it retains the previous data from the previous install. Is there a way of making sure its a fresh install because i think i may have pressed a few too many buttons first and messed it up.

Hi Carl,

Your city longitude was malformed “-2.164885,12” there should never be any commas in GPS.

I fixed it and the map is now showing.
