    Hello,

    The description field in my add listing form is not working properly. I was given support on this issue recently (reply #399760 10/10/17) but I’m starting a new thread to deal with this (I think that’s the correct procedure?)

    I have erased the height in the CSS child theme but it will not work. I tried to increase the height but that’s not working. I even erased the CSS for this class all together. It seems to start to work when the page loads but when the page completes loading the field looks the same as before.

    Please help.

    Thank you.

    Hi Drashida,

    I’ve just inserted the custom CSS code below to fix this. Could you please check?

    div#mceu_48 {
        visibility: visible!important;
        height: 200px!important;
    }

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I tried that before I wrote you but I have cleared cache again and the same result. I also tried it on another computer. This one has a VPN.

    FYI- on my other computer there is no VPN and your site is acting strangely. I was typing and then couldn’t type the letters I wanted and then the cursor began erasing everything.

    There is nothing more to tell. I click and I am directed to the page I showed you.

    I’m scanning my computer. I am able to reach other pages and the Add Event page. Typing is hard suddenly.

    Hi,

    this page works fine:

    https://www.skeebop.com/gd-login/

    If instead I try to visit the add-listing page while being logged out, I’m redirected here and I see the page encoding error:

    https://www.skeebop.com/gd-login/?redirect_add_listing=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.skeebop.com%2Fadd-listing%2F%3Flisting_type%3Dgd_place

    If the support of the hosting provider told you it could be a problem with CSS, ask them to escalate the problem with someone more knowledgeable, because that’s impossible.

    It looks like the redirect part of the URL (?redirect_add_listing=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.skeebop.com%2Fadd-listing%2F%3Flisting_type%3Dgd_place) that it is causing problems.

    It is 100% a hosting config problem.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks
