    Hi
    I have a problem with the description text editor where when it maxes out on the text character limit all the spacings are removed making it just one big line of unbroken text. I have a developer working on it and they say

    “… The text editor works fine when you use it in TEXT mode but in the VISUAL mode, all the html tags are removed as soon as the limit is max character limit is reached. this happens because the text editor counts the html tags also, which when removed, removes all the formatting too”

    Surely, this is not how it should be working. Can you please advise?
