    is there a way to display the featured image in the details page as full width? Thank you!

    That all depends on the theme you use.
    If you are using a GD theme, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can have a look.

    To show a GD Post Images element full width, you will need a container that is full width. Then insert the element into that container.
