Details page tabs not clickable in mobile view

    Hi,

    In mobile view, on the listing details pages – the tabs are not clickable, so users cannot change tabs when on mobile. It works fine on desktop.

    Any idea why?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for your post. Could you please check and see if you’ve updated all plugins? If the issue persists, try deactivating each non-gd plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had there.

    Hi Kor,

    I just realised that I am able to click the button successfully on every other listing I’ve tried – e.g., see this one: https://www.getaboutable.com/accommodation/hyatt-hotel-canberra/.

    Do you think it could be a css code preventing the button from functioning?

    That is strange … the “Leumeah Lodge” listing is still not working for me, I tried using Chrome, Firefox and Opera. I also found that the menu button also doesn’t work.

    They seem to work for all other listings.

    I took screenshots (and attached them here) of the Console in both states, and found an additional error being displayed in the non-working state. It appears that it’s a geodirectory js related error.

    Try editing the listing data to make sure you have a real cat selected and all address data is real.

    If there is still an issue please include WP Admin and we can take a look.

    Hello Andrew,

    I have checked and found there is a JavaScript error that breaks JavaScript functionality on page.

    TypeError: slider.slides is undefined in file /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_6806f6c6b1ec477ee1c9d911d4b26e02.js

    Your site is running with old version of WordPress & some plugins. Please update WordPress and all addons and let us know how it goes.

    Hi guys,

    I just found that this is only occurring with listings that have multiple images. Another example is here: https://www.getaboutable.com/accommodation/ecopia-retreat-villas.

    Could it be CSS blocking the buttons or anything, rather than Javascript?

    Hi Kiran,

    No we haven’t yet as we’ve got a bit of custom code that we need to modify and we’re just testing that out on a development version of the site first.
