Details pages now 404 after Multilocations install

GDv2 was installed and running well (GD 2.0.0.55 on WP 5.1.1). Today I purchased and installed the Multilocations addon and all the links from map or lists now go to 404 error pages.

I’ve checked the Pages setting and it’s correctly going to the default GD_details page. I’ve also created a new entry and that too is breaking.

Can you please advise what could be causing this?
