Looking to create a custom site that allows an image overlay that is zoomable.

Main Page will have two columns:

Left side will either be sorted listed alphabetical or by category.
Right side will be the map and when a listing is selected on the left the right side will show a popup with name of store and phone #.

Store page will have pics, store info, phone #, related stores

Need listing page to allow creation/modification/deletion of new stores.
