Directory Access causing Blank-page for free members

    If you’re not logged-in or are not a member, then clicking on Member Resources page “https://dev3.buymichigannow.com/membership/member-resources/” so it just goes to a blank page, because of “Directory Access” Section at admin screen which is set for Paid-Only members.

    However, for the Non Paid members:

    • Either, We need a conditional verbiage that says “These contents are available exclusively to Paid Members. Please Login.”,

    • OR, we need a code / setting for redirect this page to another page, due to showing the verbiage i.e mentioned above.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your post. Are you referring to a 3rd party membership plugin? I’m not so sure what to check since this link is not working for me https://dev3.buymichigannow.com/membership/member-resources/ . Could you double check and also, elaborate a little bit more?

    My mistake was to send you that link, would you please check the attached screenshot I’ve given, so you would understand stand that this is exactly the problem, that for NON-LOGIN Users, this page is blank without any message showing here.

    Read my previous post again, that we need some message at this page for NON-LOGIN Users to please be login to read the PAID content.

    And explaining more to you, that by using “Directory Access” packages option (highlighted in screenshot of Admin), this page is made for PAID Users only, so it results BLANK for NON-LOGIN Users, but you know very much, that due to this BLANK page, users will run away from the site with the bad impression.

    So, we need additional message, for only NON-LOGIN Users, to please be login.

    For Paid users, the premium content is showing perfectly, but we need, some additional message for NON-LOGIN Users, to please be login to read the premium content, to build curiosity to get login or get registered something..

    Is that your GeoDirectory add-listing page?

    If so, the form will automatically be hidden from non-logged in users.

    Anything you write on the page above the gd_add_listing shortcode will be shown to logged out users.

    The shortcode also has an option to include login and register links.

    I don’t know how you have hidden the page, but, if possible you could try to exclude the add listing shortcode because it has a message for logged out users.

    The shortcode is like:

    

    
[gd_add_listing show_login="1" login_msg="Message for logged out users"]
