Directory Very slow since transistion

I am continuously getting the same problems after my upgrade to the new GeoDirectory.

You assisted me by adding a performance plugin which I do not know how it works?

The site keeps crashing and giving errors such as access denied when you type in the url http://www.bizlistings.co.za then you have to go and type in https://www.bizlistnigs.co.za and I have had that fixed multiple times so that it will not do that and now it is doing it again.

Is there someone that can assist in this matter, I am not a developer and I need to have my site working as I have paying customers.

I am curretnly trying to add a listing and it will not let me, it keeps crashing and then reverts back to a free listing instead of a paid listing.

I am really getting worried that my site is just not functioning and so I will have to redo the entire site and find a new platform which I do not want to do as I really like the layout, look, and feel of the GeoDirectory.

Please advise, any advise will be greatly appreciated as I need things to improve drastically!

I was with Geotheme for 3 years sine 2013 and had no problems even with it being outdated but now I am having endless speed and loading problems since the upgrade in March/April 2017. I am very concerned as I am losing so many hits and my ranking is going down constantly!

Please please please assist!

I can load listings now and I was able to update 2 listings.
