Disable locations filter when clicking on category links

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We’ve switched to v2. We’re wondering if there is now an easy way to prevent the category links from getting appended with the location last viewed. For example when we view a detail page, then click on the category links in the menu or on the sidebar, the resulting archive page is filtered by the location of the listing detail last viewed. We do not want this to happen because many of the archives pages end up showing empty results. We want to show listings under the category clicked from ALL locations.

    Have a look at
    GD > Settings > Locations tab > Show Advanced > Archive urls on details page > Disable
