Disable one CPT search

is there a way I can disable CPT selection for a particular cpt in the search widget?

My one CPT is non location and for link type purpose only. It would have been great if the [gd_search] had option for that.

You can do that with this CSS, adjust as required:

.search_by_post option[value=gd_event] {display: none;}
```
