    Hi,
    I have 2 Parent directories :
    Parent 1
    –Sub1
    –Sub2
    –Sub3

    Parent 2
    –Sub1
    –Sub2
    –Sub3

In “add listing”, I don’t want users to choose only Parent categories, but just 1 sub category.
    How to do this ?

Actually, they can choose parent category… (I’ve disabled Ajax…).

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

you will need the Pricing Manager addon which provides settings to allow you to choose which categories that your visitors may or may not choose.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer.
    I think my question isn’t clear 😉

I don’t wnat to exclude categories, I want to exclude users to choose categories. I just want them to choose only subcategories. If I disable category from choice, all subcategories will be disabled 😉

    An example :

    Category 1 : Bakers
    Subcategorie 1 – Fresh breads
    Subcatégorie 2 – Bio Breads
Subcategorie 3 – Not Bio breads

I want my users to choose only Fresh, or bio, or Not bio.

    Thank you

Right, Pricing Manager allows you to define which categories the users can apply to the listings when they add or edit them.

    Hi Alex,

I think you don’t understand my question. I don’t want to enable ou disable categories, but I want to make parent directories not clickable, not selectable, in “add place” form, just the subcategories…

Yes, you will need the pricing manager to do that. There is no other way to do it.
