Disable Terms & Conditions field when Adding New Listing?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    All listing owners must request membership, so there is no need for this field.

    How can I remove it from the “Add Listing” page?

    From gd >> design >> listings >> Add Listing Form Settings >> Enable “Accept Terms and Conditions”.
