Disable widget area for premium listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I want to set up free listings to show a widget area with ads in it.

    A premium member who controls their paid listing should not have the ad widget display.

    Is there a way to set up listing details page so the ad widget area will not show on premium members listing details page?
