    Hello,

This is related to an Archive and using Elementor. It seems as if I place a GD > Listings widget in Elementor it fails to produce the first listing of the query.

I have a Top Listings section where I have ‘Featured’ listings. Then below a Listings section with all listings.

After several tweaks on sorting, I got the Top listings to display as intended. However, the bottom widget fails to load the first item when sorted.

On a normal basis, the first listed (sorted A-Z) should be “Adams” but the first to display is “Amnesia”. But, if I add a new listing named “A Brew”, “Adams” DOES now become the first displayed listing, but “A Brew” does not display.

It’s almost like it is using an offset 1 in displaying query.

I am attaching screencaps in the next comment.

    Thanks.

    Hey Alex,

The items I referenced in that last message were due to Places having multiple categories and displaying in archives I did not think they should be in.

As I mentioned in the other replies, I think my original issue was due to not using the Loop. If I use that option, the original issue (missing place) is resolved. I’m going to work under that impression unless I see something else that is a problem.

    Thanks.

OK, keep us in the listing/loop
