Do not create listing until payment made

    Currently my site is setup where a user goes to the add a listing page, then to the checkout page, and then to the Stripe pop up for processing the payment. All that is fine; however, I receive an email as the admin as soon as the user completes the add a listing page (regardless of whether they complete payment or not). Is there a way to not create the business listing until the payment is made?
