    Hi

I have one listing which is causing some problems, and I can’t fathom why..

First problem is the map although it sets to the correct place (postcode L6 4AT), when you actually save the listing, it resets to some place in Scotland, which seems to be the default for listings which don’t have addresses added. All other listings seem to save their maps ok, just this one doesn’t.

Second problem is that although it has a title, it doesn’t appear on the listing in the grid preview of its category.

Not sure if these problems are related?

Will post the listing url below…

    Hi,

look at the breadcrumb: United Kingdom > Uk > Uk >

You can’t add listings without address and to wrong locations.

If you don’t know the address you should get it by dragging the marker in the right location.

    Thx

    Hi Paolo

I did add the address, and it did come up on the map. It zoomed into the postcode L6 4AT and found the correct road, I set the address, then I clicked publish and it reset back to default. It seems to do this every time. I don’t understand it as it doesnt do it with any other listing and the postcode is correct..

    Thanks

    Sally

Sally, you have a lot of “wrong” locations, including your default location.
    See attached image.
There is no place like UK, UK, United Kingdom; or
    UK, all, United Kingdom.
And you have a few more like that.

They need fixing. But if you just delete them or change them you will loose your listings that have these “wrong” locations.
We’ll wait for advice from Paolo.

    Hi,

correct locations need to be created and merged them with the wrong one, so you don’t loose listings…
