    Hey guys,

When a users signs up or logs in to the website they are redirected to the wordpress login screen to do it again. I obviously don’t want this. I’ve pasted in the string from the page where it’s redirecting to. It looks like it’s telling me that Jetpack is doing this.

    https://wordpress.com/log-in?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.com%2Fwp-login.php%3Faction%3Djetpack-sso%26site_id%3D137157955%26sso_nonce%3Dzflj6wpzvrtar2gisp0z

I’ve looked at the Jetpack settings and found this section, but turning this option on and off doesn’t remediate the problem. How can I have people log in once without having to login to wordpress?

I know Buddypress impacts the login process, but I don’t have that installed yet. I’m trying to get to a minimum viable product so I can have users start populating data.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

Hey Kor, I think you’re logging in after trying to login to the site itself? That’s actually part of the problem. When you get to that wordpress login after the primary login it doesn’t accept any credentials. I promise the credentials I’ve shared work on the actual wordpress site. No one should be trying to log into WordPress *through* the website I’m creating.

Just go to wordpress.com and sign in with my credentials and you’ll see that they work.

Specifically, the page that you can’t log into is the page that people shouldn’t be reaching. It needs to be eliminated.

    Hi Jonathan,

Sorry, but could you possibly create a new login account for us?
