Down Arrow or Icon in Search Field not working

Hi Guys,

I have removed the Search For field and added the Category field instead, which works great but the search field is very user unfriendly due to the ‘down arrow” on the right side or the list icon on the left hand side of the search field being non responsive. Only when a user clicks on the text “Select Category” will the dropdown menu show.
However we have tested this and users instinctively click on the down arrow or the list icon where nothing happens and get frustrated.

The second problem is that the near button is not the same size as the search field, how can I change the size of it and make it fit in nicely?
