Downgrade listings?

    Hi,
    I have both free and paid entries and have set (I thought) those paid entries to downgrade to free if not renewed. This does happen so listings remain published and the text is ‘chopped off’ at the relevant number of words allowed, however where only one image should be allowed with a free listing all of those uploaded for a paid listing remain on display as do all of the tags added and also other features that should only be allowed for paid listings. Any help/advice appreciated.

    please provide admin credentials and the link of a downgraded listings still showing the extra pics and tags.

    It looks like the CRON that should remove features is not running.
    Could be one of the many plugins installed that is interfering.

    Did you try running it manually from GD Tools > Run expire check

    and see if it works?
