Downgraded listing looses information

    I am working on a site. https://seniorian.com

    When someone registers their service and signs up as a Featured Provider they get to add certain information that isn’t available for the free listing. If the featured provider listing isn’t renewed then it gets downgraded to a free listing. When they go to upgrade their listing the information that isn’t shown for the free listing is gone and they have to put it back in. Is there a way to change that? I don’t want them to have to always put that info back in when they pay to upgrade their listing.
