    Hi,

    currently your licenses are only active for this domain: cucuta.tunorteturistico.com.

    Is this the website were you are trying to update? If it is, please provide admin credentials and we will verify.

    If it is not, make sure to deactivate the licenses on the new URL, enter them again and activate them for the correct domain.

    I change the domain for cucutaturistica.gov.co, how desactivate and activated the new domain?

    You need to go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing, deactivate the licenses, enter them again and reactivate them to add the new domain to the activation list.
