    I have duplicate files.

    1.- What are the good ones?
    2.- are all used?

    It does not really matter but you should only have one lot.
    I would delete the /wp-content/languages/geodirectory folder, and keep the other ones.
    Every time you update the PO file, you also need to upload the MO file again.
