Duplicate title/description

    Hi support,

    I am looking at some optimization tips for our project. I get couple of pages with duplicated titles and/or description.

    These pages are the same content just arranged by upcoming and passed (for events) for example.

    Or

    Results for a search that has more then 1 page. So every page in this case has the same title and description.

    How I can add more parameters to the title and the description of such duplicated ones?

    For example to add “page 1”, “page 2″…
    or
    “passed”, “upcoming”…

    Did I explained my need in an understandable way?

    anything like %pagenumber% to be additionally added?
    or %filter%?

    as definitions to be used in the meta fields….

    this would be awesome.

    Hi,

    Page number variables added for titles & metas description – CHANGED

    Variables %%page%%, %%pagenumber%%, %%pagetotal%% added to add page numbering in title and meta description.

    Availalbe from next version.

    %%event_type_archive%% – eg: Past or Upcoming or Today as per event type filter founded set
    %%event_start_date%% – ex: October 11, 2016
    %%event_end_date%% – ex: October 13, 2016
    %%event_start_to_end_date%% – ex: October 11, 2016 – October 13, 2016
    %%event_start_time%% – ex: 9:00 am
    %%event_end_time%% – ex: 6:30 pm
    %%event_start_to_end_time%% – ex: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
