Duplicate/clone CPT

Hi Team-
Is there a way to Duplicate a Custom Post Type definition? For Example, say I have created a “Restaurants” CPT, with a rich set of many custom fields, arranged and defined just the way I like.

Now I want to create a new CPT for “Pubs”, that shares in common most of the same Settings: custom fields, layout, presentation, sorting, and advanced search items.

And I might have a bunch of different CPT’s that are similar.

I’m also looking for a quick way to A/B test alternate presentable version models of same kind of CPT. For example RestaurantsV1 (layout v1) vs RestaurantsV2 (layout v2).

Any suggestions?
