Hello, in this url: https://elsllepaplats.com/, when write “bionbo” in the search box i have 2 results, but one links give me a 404 error. In the backend, only exits one.
I have followed the steps your team told me in another post:

    1 – settings -> permanlinks -> resave
    2- geodirectory -> permanlinks -> permanlinks
3- geodirectory -> GD tools -> Location category counts -> RUN

    Hi Elena,

Thanks for your post. I’ve just checked on it and I’m able to see the issue there. Could you just remove this duplicate? https://elsllepaplats.com/llocs/restaurants/restaurants/bionbo-restaurant/ . If that doesn’t help, please share WP admin access in private reply.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I resaved the string translates for ‘places’ in WPML , then resaved GD/WP permalinks.

The second link now works, please try and let us know.

Both listings one for each language will show on the map.

You should not need to save the settings again:

WPML -> String Translation – geodirectory – search for the place string

Please send over the link that is not working

You must write “bionbo” in the searbox and is one of the two links. The client has reported this problem in more links, so i would like to learn to solve it.

    Thanks!

There was further a problem with the category.

Try removing and then selecting again, fresh, the category. Then saving the listing. Do this for each language when a pair of listings displays the issue.

I not sure if i understood. I understood i would have to remove all categories (i have more wrong places) and reassing all. If is that, it is a lost of work lost. And if i have this problem in the future i would have to remove all categories and reassing them, and it is a lot of work lost.

    Am i misunderstanding?
    Thanks.

Can you provide another example listing that has the same issue?

Can you verify the issue has veen fixed with the previous listing?

It is possible to export and then bulk edit the listing in CSV format, then impprt them again.

    Hello,
these are the restaurants that my clients reported that are not working,
    Probably, there are more 🙁

    bionbo
    dos pebrots
    pinxus
    pahissa
    hoja santa

I can export listings, categories, locations, locations and categories descriptions and neighbors, but have i any option to export all the information i need in just one step (places, categories, etc).
After exporting, i must remove places and categories? must i to remove somthing more?

    Thanks!

It is hard to know what happened in the past, but, my guess is that, previously, there was a category “Restaurants” and then this was added to the listings.
    Then that category was deleted.
Then another Category was added “Restaurants”.
So, there is a problem with the category.
Also, this seems more complex, because with WPML, the categories have been translated.

So, export the listings, in both languages, check to make sure the category is spelled correctly (they are different) and then re-import.

I think that should do it.

I cannot see the issue with “dos…” but with the “pinx…” listing I did the same thing. Removed the category. Added it back. Saved it. In both languages. and again, it seems fixed. So if there are just a couple, they could be finished already 🙂

Please try it with one of the listings manually, as described above.
I am not sure I understand your questions.
