Okay, I believe it may have to do with an update as I recently updated both orders and Geodirectory. All of the recent plugins I have added I deactivated when I saw this problem to see if that was it and it’s not.

These descriptions are a key part of my business so I really need to get them back up and running.

Have you heard any updates on this yet? I’m really concerned about getting it back up quickly!

    Thanks!

Did you find out why your category top descriptions disappeared suddenly and did you get them back? The same thing happened to my site and I’m trying to get them back – it seemed to happen around the same time so I’m assuming it’s some update that’s broken something.

    Thanks

Okay, I have updated my subscription. Can I please get some help now? I still have no idea what would be causing the issue! Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I’ve just had a good look and I can’t find a reason either why the category description isn’t appearing at all.

I’ve alerted Stiofan who I’m sure will find the issue and will report here asap.

    Thanks for your patience,

Hi, I forced the check for updates and it looks like some of your plugins are out of date, i believe this was a bug in Locations manager, try updating your addons and let us know.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

How do I update my add-ons? I thought it was all automatic?

Nevermind, they finally appeared and I updated them and now I’m getting a fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_payment_options() in /home/bluegrassbrides/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodir_stripe_payment_manager/geodir_stripe_payment_manager.php on line 102

    Please help!

    Hi,
make sure prices and payments is installed and active.

If you can’t access your backend, go to wp-content/plugins via ftp, rename the stripe addon (add _old at the end), than go back to your dashboard, activate prices and payments than finally rename back the stripe addon and reactivate it.

Let us know how you went,

    Thanks
