    Hey folks,

    How do I edit, customize or remove the text that appears under CPT listings on an archive page or when used in a listing widget?

    See in the right sidebar on this page: https://adventurebrevard.com/lodging-brevard-nc/

    See the attached screenshot.

    I’ve looked all over but am not finding it.

    Thanks!
    Marsha

    Hi Marcha,

    Thanks for your post. You can remove it using the custom CSS code below.

     .sidebar-primary.widget-area .geodir_post_meta.geodir-field-post_content.gd-read-more-wrap {display:none}

    Thank you Kor!
    What if I want to limit the number of words that is shown?

    Thanks for your quick help.

    The way to edit all archive items at the same time is to edit the Archive Item template, and swap out GD Post Meta (post_content) for GD Post Content.

    Aha!
    That’s what I was looking for but couldn’t find yesterday.

    Thank you Alex!
