Edit Titles and Meta

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We decided to override Yoast titles and meta so there was no chance of interfering with the existing setup.

    However, when we try to edit the titles and meta there seems no way to do so. Going to the T&M settings in GD we can click in to the box but it’s not editable. We’d assumed we could just click in the box and change or add from the items displayed. What are we doing wrong?

    That is placeholder text. Click on a tag to copy and then paste into the box.

    Thanks Alex. Was hoping there was a way of editing without everything already in there being deleted first. But no problem really!

    Having decided override Yoast titles and meta so there was no chance of interfering with the existing setup, and because Yoast didn’t seem to offer settings for Places, we now have another issue as we dig deeper to continue tweaking.

    We had expected to be able to edit category meta titles on a category by category basis, but although we could do that with Yoast we don’t seem to be able to using GD. Are we missing something?

    The options available use patterns in the Titles and Meta. No other hidden options, no.
