Editing emails

Hi Im trying to Edit the emails in settings>Emails> Show Advanced, but somehow only the New listing submitted , and listing published emails are editable and the others have their content like placeholders which cannot be edited? I suppose it is possible to write and save new content but i dont want to write the whole thing, just make some edits- how can i do that?

You will have to type in what you want to write. The placeholders are not themselves copy/paste/editable.
