Editing previews

    I am managing a site for innkeepers to include their information for free rooms for vets on Veterans’ Day. One of the innkeepers complained to me that if they wanted to go back to edit their listing after noting an error in preview that the state and town sections did not save and they hade to be searched for and re-entered. Is there a way to make their choices for State and Town sticky?

    I thought that was how it worked (or at least used to), so I tested it on my site, and when going back to edit, it clears the region and city now. I’ll escalate for you.

    Hi,

    I’ve just tested on your website and I can’t recreate this issue.

    After clicking on go back and edit all information were there.

    If you give us precise steps to see the problem in action we will debug it, but we can’t unfortunately fix what we can’t recreate.

    Paolo, I checked on Debbie’s site too now, and make sure to choose an address outside the default location presented, ie different state and city.
    When going back, the city is gone and you need to click “reset on map”.
    It is the same as my test site.
