    Hi,

    Im having issues with the search page results when no results are available. Please watch my video explanation.

    One thing you can try is to go back to the GD settings, and open the WP Page that is used for the Search archive. Restore the default content to that page and set it to use the Default page template (Page attributes -> Page template -> Default). Make sure the page is set in the GeoDirectory settings.

    If that doesn’t work please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply. I wasn’t able to recreate the issue on my test site so it is something specific to your site.

    Hi Rudi,

    Admin credentials are working but FTP credentials still show following error:

    Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:	Could not connect to server

    Hi Rudi,

    I have done some debugging and found that when GD search page using the elementor the Astra theme + Elementor Pro plugin shows content from template \themes\astra\template-parts\content-none.php when there is no results found on search page.

    With Elementor Pro plugin it shows custom content from content-none.php template.

    Hi Kiran,

    Great work! Any more guidance to resolve the problem? I don’t know if this is possible but do I build a no results page in elementor?
