email issues

    contact form messages from my website do not reach my email after submitting them.
    i also informed my domain hosting consultant who checked and said everything is fine at the domain/hosting side. besides emails sent from other email addresses are reaching my email successfully.

    please is there any setup in GD or wordpress i might have omitted?

    Hi John,

    Thanks for your post. Could you please install the “email log” plugin and see if there’s any email sending out?

    Hi Kor,

    Thanks so much, email log plugin added as you advised and made the issue almost resolved.
    See attached the log report, the highlighted messages have been successfully delivered into my email, whilst the remaining not.
    is like out of 3 messages sent only 1 will be delivered.

    If the email log is logging the email, the problem is the mailserver. Probably using alternative SMTP will solve this.

    If you search for SMTP in this forum you will find tons of topics about this and also several solutions.
