Email not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When we try to “Send To Friend” the email says it is was sent successfully but nothing is received. I contacted my hosting company and they claim the issue within the plugin because all other email sends without issue. Is there something not set up or not set up correctly? Thanks

    If you install this plugin you will be able to see all emails sent:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

    Do any other emails send from WP?

    We will need your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if there is anything we need to check.

    Hi Jason,

    GeoDirectory sends emails using the default wp_mail function. The email log plugin logs everything that is sent to the wp_mail function.

    If our notifications are loggedby that plung, it’s all ruled out for us.
