Email Not Working

    When a business adds their email into site html editor, when a user clicks it from front-end, business does not get the email. I turned everything on, not sure why this is not working.

    Not quite sure what you mean, I cannot see any email address on that page.
    If you add an email address in an HTML editor, you have to make sure you link it to the email address before the link becomes active.

    I was talking about the email item in the sidebar. I made it inactive on the site and just did a html code with a red “email us” button, as the client didn’t like the small size and also because it was not working. You click it, fill it out, never get the emails. I attached a screen shot.

    please install this plugin, test again and let us know if the email is logged.

    If it is, the problem is SMTP (and in that case probably all other notifications are not working either).

    Hi

    I uploaded the plugin. Activated it. I made the form live or active again. I sent myself a email. I found the information in the log plugin, the direct email and the bcc email, but I still have not gotten an email sent to my actual email address, so the company’s email would not be getting the information, so not useful.

    Hi,

    if email log is logging the emails correctly the problem is in the server as I told you.

    Hi

    I installed, then activated the Postman SMTP Email Log plugin, which configured the server. We seem to be getting the emails now. Client wants to change the wording from “Email Enquiry” to Contact Us for foreign companies (larger font h1 tag possibly), where is this located so I can make the change, they also do not want the send to friend item, how do I disable that?

    Super appreciate the help.
