email notifications

    we are having issues with the email notification that the admin is supposed to receive when a new listing has been posted and is pending review. We have more than on admin on our site. One admin is receiving these but another is not. Shoudl all admins be receiving these? WHere to I check this? THanks

    Hi,

    that’s how WordPress works, notifications are sent to the email address used when creating the website that can be found in Settings >> General of WordPress.

    There are plugins to extend that such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/brozzme-multiple-admin-emails/

    There are also other that I’ve heard about, however I’ve never tested any of them, so I can’t really recommend one. You’ll need to do some tests.

    Another solution could be to create a filter in the main admin inbox to forward all emails coming from that domain to the other admins.
