    We’d really need to see the code you added to GD > Claim Listings > Notifications. I guess you put the code in the “Claim listing verification required” there for the email in your message.

    What do you mean with “display correctly”, what are you expecting?
    I assume there are some references to styles that are not referenced correctly but I am not sure what is not correct …

    Did you use [#site_name#] for the heading?

    Email programs are notorious for stripping out invalid code, and really like old fashioned tables a lot better.
