    I’m not sure which component controls this so I am posting under general. I know wordpress has general email setup in settings but where is the control for new signups? In my tests using dummy email accounts, I have found that not all emails are delivered to the new signups. Any resolution?

    Hi Tony,

    Could install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and check if the email is being correctly logged. If they are and still aren’t sent, the problem is at the server level.

    In that case 99% of times it can be solved installing and configuring an SMTP plugin.
