Enable only City and Neighbourhood in Change Location Filter

    I have query regarding filters, as i have enable the neighbourhood in setting But it is not showing in change location filter. I need only city and its neighbourhood in change location filters.
    I want to create a site having zomato like filters check here :http://snag.gy/E9OkO.jpg. In this bangalore is a city and rest is neighbourhoods of bangalore city. How to achieve the similar structure using this plugin ? Any trick
